51. PROJECT SIMSTYLE: BE TRENDI

Olimpia: Welcome, everyone, to sunny Del Sol Valley! We’ve made it to the semifinals of Project SimStyle! Time really flies, doesn’t it?

Ricardo: Only three contestants left: Chen, John, and Penelope. Today, they’ll face a very exciting challenge.

Olimpia: I wonder if they’ll like it too. And how they’ll handle it.

Ricardo: Let’s find out!

Ricardo: Welcome to the semifinals! Today’s episode is special because, for the first time, you won’t have access to the studio’s resources. Today, the only clothes you’ll have to create your outfits are those available in the thrift store right behind us.

Olimpia: Each of you will draw a style that you will have to follow for your outfit. Every piece of clothing must belong strictly to the chosen style. Otherwise, you’ll be disqualified.

Ricardo: The store’s resources are limited, but in each style, you’ll find a few possible outfits to create. The final result still depends on you and your creativity!

Olimpia: And today’s model will be none other than well known to you all, the recent winner of the Starlight Accolade award, the fashion and trend-loving Maja Drozd! Maja is already waiting for you inside, so it’s time to start the challenge!

Chen: I got Boho! That’s a perfect match! I think I’ll find a lot of inspiration here for this outfit, and I think Maja will really suit this style.

Penelope: I got Preppy. Honestly, I was hoping for something else, but it’s okay. This can work too. Let’s see what they have available.

John: Country style. I would ask if there’s a hidden camera, if there wasn't the camera right in front of me.

Maja: I’m so jealous! Thrift stores hide so many treasures! It’s a shame I didn’t get to this challenge, because I know I’d do great. After all, I’ve spent half my life hunting for outfits in thrift shops! I’m really curious to see what outfits they’ll prepare for me.

The contestants are off to hunt! Some are more enthusiastic than others, but definitely all are determined to give it their all.

Jace still hasn’t called back. He also hasn’t replied. It’s been two days, and she still can’t reach him.

Maja: Hi Izi, listen, can you do something for me? Could you check if everything is okay with Jace? I don’t know, he’s not answering his phone, and I can’t get in touch with him. Thanks!

Olimpia: Welcome back after a slightly longer break than we planned. Unfortunately, our director fell ill, and we couldn’t resume filming.

Ricardo: Luckily, everything is fine now, so it’s time to reveal the results to the contestants, because they can’t wait any longer.

Octavia: Two of you will meet us soon in the finale. The level you’ve shown really surprised us. You all have every reason to be proud that you’ve made it this far.

Izzy: Penelope, you were a little disappointed by the outfit category you drew, but your take on Preppy style worked really well. The colors were well chosen, and every element was in its place. Not a single townie would be unhappy if the game generated them in that outfit.

Diego: You, John, were probably the least happy with your country outfit, but your styling not only perfectly captured the vibe, but it’s also so versatile that it can be used on various occasions.

Octavia: And finally, Chen. You probably had the most clothes to choose from. You were very creative with the accessories, and you truly captured the bohemian spirit.

Diego: And the best outfit of the day was presented by... John!

Octavia: John, great job, especially since the style wasn’t really your thing, but you still put together something that amazed the viewers. Congratulations, and we’ll see you in the finale!

Izzy: Now it’s down to Penelope and Chen.

Octavia: Both of you presented very thoughtful and cohesive outfits. Unfortunately, only one of you can move on to the finale. And it will be...

Octavia: Penelope! Congratulations, you’re going to the finale! You’ve come a long way since the first episode when you almost got eliminated. You’ve learned a lot, and we’re so happy to see you fighting for the ultimate victory.
