27. BEACH PARTY
Anna and Filip, still feeling flirty after returning from Champs Les Sims, decided to have a day just for themselves (Maja is taking care of Bea).
They were lucky enough to witness baby turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean!
They also stumbled upon a wild island where they not only had a little woohoo in the bushes but also enjoyed the hot springs and sunbathed—both completely naked!
The next morning, Maja is getting ready for her first day of high school. Simstagram photos are a must!
Maja: So good to see a familiar face! I thought no one from our old group came to our school!
Enue: I don’t know where everyone is today either, but they’ll definitely be at the beach party tonight to celebrate the new school year. You have to come!
For reference, this is what Enue looked like as a kid.
Maja claimed a locker and decorated it her own way. The first class flew by quickly, and Mr. Miyamoto turned out to be pretty cool.
She even managed to get food at the cafeteria before everyone else, which was great because a huge crowd showed up right after.
Boy: Mind if I sit here?
Maja: Sure!
Unfortunately, the principal sat down with them too, killing any chance of a casual conversation.
Maja: Hey, who’s that guy over there?
Enue: That’s Artur Zest. He’s on the football team. Rumor has it he’s the son of Johnny Zest and Judith Ward!
During the next class, Maja accidentally sat next to Artur and casually checked her phone while secretly glancing at him.
Maja: Dad, I know this is kind of last minute… but can I go to the beach party tonight? My classmates will be there.
Filip: Just finish your homework first and be back before midnight.
So, Maja started doing her homework, while over at the Sand Bar…
Filip: She’ll be here soon. I told her to do her homework first, but that interaction doesn’t take too long.
Enue: Aloha, you must be Izi, Maja’s cousin?
Izi: Yep! Nice to meet you!
Finally, Maja arrived, completely unaware.
Everyone: SURPRISE!
Maja: What’s going on?
Anna: Grandma insisted on throwing you a proper birthday party. She says we’re failing miserably as a legacy family when it comes to traditions. Here, this is from me and Dad.
Maja: Clothes from JOLIEBEAN, REALLY?! Mom, these new outfits are PLUMTASTIC! Thank you both!
Klara: Come here, sweetheart, let me hug you. You’re so grown up and beautiful now.
Akito: From Grandma and me, you’re getting something more practical—your own laptop. It’ll be useful for studying.
Izi: Fist Bump! You’re all dressed up now—Joliebean and everything. Wonder if the Watcher will bless me like this too.
The girls put on a little dance performance, and for level 2 dancing, they actually did pretty well.
Enue: You’re good! You should join the cheer team with us. We’ll sign you up tomorrow!
The party lasted a bit longer, but not too much—after all, school is waiting the next day! 😉
