17. GOODBYE

In San Sequoia, life does not slow down. Jace worked hard on a special assignment to prepare the poster advertising Izi and Orange's concert (he had a task in his freelancer job to create concert poster ☺️). As we already know, he completed the task perfectly.




Meanwhile Maja discovered her quirk - vanity. I don't blame her - she sees all the time other Sims wearing outfits that she herself promoted! Although some inspirations go too far... Bcoz when someone is not only dressed, but also hairstyled identically... is it already stalking?




Instead of making hasty accusations, Maja decided to change her image.

Hairdresser: So, we cut?

Maja: Yes, let's cut!

Hairdresser: That looks great! I'll upload it to Simsta in a sec!




And at home, can you feel the love tonight? Marshmallow and Hunter sure do! And puppies are on the way!




At the same time, Maja and Jace also feel this magical power of love, and they discover a completely new level of romance, with the help of one mod...

And let's be honest, the new EP, no matter how good it is, will not allow romance with this level of, ahem...realism ;)




Living with neighbors forces them to make compromises, but they both said "no" to paper bags. And they decided to convince the rest of their neighborhood. Fortunately, they are both quite persuasive and soon the annoying N.A.P is replaced by the Promotion of Creative Arts.




Dominik: I'm telling you, this dream was so real, mold everywhere, terrible! When I woke up, I checked if all was OK.

Maja: I still have nightmares too.

Monika: Team, I'd like to introduce you to our new colleague, Leinani. Leinani will be creating content together with Maja.




Maja: "Together" in what sense?

Leinani: Don't worry, I have lots of ideas to implement. In my previous job, no one could keep up with me, I'm that good. But I know I have strong competition here. And I like challenges.

Maja: Yay...




Fortunately, there are good news waiting at home, Marshmallow gave birth to two sweet puppies! Toffee and Caramel :)

So at least for a moment Maja will not think about her new work rival.




All this happiness inspired Maja to post several very successful photos and puns on her Simstagram. Yes! This will show that arrogant Leinani who's boss. 

However, Maja's enthusiasm evaporated as quickly as it appeared after the devastating news from her granny...




The day before. Windenburg.

Akito received a notification at night. His time is coming. This is the right time to say goodbye.

Akito: We'll meet again. I promise. I will always love you.




With the help of a special crystal, Akito summoned the Grim Reaper, and fulfilled his last aspiration in life. 




Grim Reaper: You always amazed me, old friend, but this time you outdid yourself to call death upon yourself.

Akito: Fighting vampires taught me to enjoy every day of life. But it also taught me to appreciate leaving this world with dignity. That's what I'm doing.

Grim Reaper: Let's go then.




Klara knew what was coming. However, the pain of losing a loved one cannot be soothed. They say that time heals all wounds, but at that moment Klara was sure that nothing could heal her aching heart.




It was the first such a sad Winterfest in their sim lives.

Filip: Mom, is everything okay?

Klara: Nothing's okay. Nothing at all.




Filip: I'm sorry, mom. I'm an idiot. Can I somehow help?

Klara: No, no. I can do it.





Maja: I'm so sorry, granny.

Klara: Me too, honey, me too.




Klara: I didn't even decorate the Winterfest tree... What kind of Winterfest is this? It all makes no sense.

Maja: We will decorate the Winterfest tree. The most important thing is that we are together now. Grandpa would be happy.
