26. CIRCLE OF LIFE

The family gathered in Sulani once again for the last wedding of the season, phew! This time, it's Bea and Vaea who will say their final yes.

Groom's Dad: These Sims' Legacy Weddings are a whole different ballgame, I even got new clothes!





The ceremony was simple and quick, in line with the principle - let's not bother the Watcher with any more wedding lag.




Still, there was a time for dancing. Bastian liked this part much more than the previous one! Someone here liked sounds and dancing!




The final part of the wedding was to take place, according to mermaid custom, underwater, away from the eyes of ordinary Sims. The rest of the guests could only watch as tail by tail, all the mermaids and mermen disappeared into the depths of the sea.




After this event, the family took a short vacation in Sulani, so that Sebastian could unlock the rest of the milestones, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Like the first vacation milestone and... blowing a raspberry ;)




Bastian tried eating with his fingers for the first time and finished his achievement by learning to clap. He really liked the crisps. Overall, the Good Appetite quirk resulted in Bastian liking eating basically everything. In total, only 3 things didn't impress him.




Maja: Jace! Come here! Look! Look! Our little boy just stood on his own feet! Awww, and from that effort he apparently pooped.

Bastian: Poop!

Maja: Awww... and he said his first word! How sweet!




Fortunately, in the race to unlock all milestones, Maja did not forget about her husband's birthday. And so, in the heavenly surroundings of Sulani, Jace felt that now he was truly an adult. 




Bastian's gift to Dad was his first peek-a-boo and blowing a kiss. Best gifts ever, if you ask me ;)




Finally, they reached 2 last milestones, waving with hands and crawling (my bad, before it was creeping, not crawling). And of course, well-deserved relax time for the whole family. Maybe dipping the toes in the water will unlock some hidden milestone? No. But what a fun it is! 




This time, for Bastian's b-day, all the Drozds meet in Windenburg. This is his first visit to a family member. Piotr and Yuki with their youngest daughter Euzebia also came. And Izi and Enue with their adorable twins, Mary and Babs. Filip's head hurt from so many babies in one place.




In the general joy, Bas blew out the candles and took his first steps. Simultanously, he discovered to like being carried 🤷‍♀️And they say, don't carry, because he'll get used to. But I suspect that as an Inquisitive toddler, Bas will eventually wander on his own to see new places.




Granny Klara enjoys the moment of spoiling her first great-grandchild. Maja and Izi, on the other hand, enjoy a moment without the children. Piotr recalls the good old days when he would sneak out the window to parties.




Bas decided to meet his cousin (? I'll start getting lost in family relationships soon). Blowing a raspberry may not be the best way to make a good first impression, but Mary was delighted :D




Klara has one more important family keepsake to give Maja - a box with the manuscripts of all her books and a few other bits and pieces. And before everyone went home, they managed to take souvenir photos: gen 1 with 3rd and 4th; and gen 3 with their children.




Klara: What an exciting day it was. Honey, if you could see our great-grandchildren, what a joyful group they are. I wonder who Sebastian will look like. Mary and Babs seem to take after Enue. And Euzebia is a tiny Izi, you can immediately see that they are sisters. 




In the morning, Klara went to the kitchen as usual to make breakfast, but someone was already cooking something around there. Maybe Anna got up earlier, or Filip was making his waffles?




But it wasn't Filip or Anna.

Klara: Is this a dream?

Akito: I don't think so, my love. I've been waiting for you.





Klara: Is that really you? How...? Did I...?

Akito: Yes, my dear, it's time. We can finally be together again. Forever.




On the last day of summer, on the Simland Day, Klara Drozd, the founder of the family, after living 512 days, passed away from this world and moved to her beloved one in the Neverending Save.

Chronicles of Del Sol Valley Izi's parents decided to take a break from the hustle of an ordinary city and went to an extraordinary city, full of celebrities on every corner. San Sequoia was close, so they first came to visit Izi, and then they started the actual vacation in Del Sol Valley. Hotspots were everywhere and full of famous Sims.
